1. Job Summary

The HR Supervisor will oversee and manage all human resources functions to support the company’s property development operations in Badung Regency, Bali. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while ensuring HR strategies align with overall business objectives. The position plays a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

2. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Experience in the property or related industry is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.

3. Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Compliance

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and supporting performance management processes to drive growth and productivity.

Workplace Environment & Policies

Ensure a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment by upholding company policies, practices, and employee engagement programs.
