1. Job Summary
Remarc Property Group is hiring a QC Plumbing Specialist with experience in MEP projects. You'll handle on-site inspections, review drawings, ensure compliance, and coordinate with engineers. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are key. Passive English required for this role.
2. Requirements
- Min. Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Min. 2 years QC experience in plumbing/MEP projects
- Skilled in reading plumbing drawings & specs
- Experienced in inspecting plumbing systems (clean water, wastewater, rainwater, sanitary)
- Capable of on-site quality checks & compliance verification
- Able to prepare inspection reports
- Good coordination with site teams & engineers
- Detail-oriented, assertive, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Passive English proficiency (able to read technical docs)
3. Responsibilities
Inspection & Quality Control
Perform quality checks and conduct on-site inspections of plumbing systems, including clean water, wastewater, rainwater, and sanitary systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Review mechanical and plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and prepare detailed inspection reports documentation for quality audits.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with site teams, engineers, and contractors to clearly communicate quality issues, and support project teams in maintaining high standards.
Work Ethics & Performance
Maintain strong attention to detail, accountability, and organization while managing inspections under tight schedule, understanding technical documents in English.
