1. Job Summary
The MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of luxury villa and apartment construction projects in Badung Regency. This role involves ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines, while maintaining effective collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
2. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Project management skills with prior construction management experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.
3. Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Oversee and coordinate MEP systems throughout all project stages, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural plans.
Technical Oversight & Compliance
Ensure all MEP designs, installations, and operations comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Site Management & Inspections
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify technical issues, and verify the quality of MEP works.
Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project milestones, resolve challenges, and ensure timely completion.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung Regency, Bali. The position requires a hands-on professional who can balance technical expertise, project management, and communication skills to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.
