We’re looking for a Legal Officer with solid in-house experience and a strong grasp of corporate, licensing, labor, and civil law. The right candidate must-have sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and the confidence to navigate legal matters in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar legal role within a company
A registered member of a recognized bar association such as PERADI, FERARI, or other accredited legal associations
Strong knowledge of corporate law, licensing, labor law, and general civil law
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Fluency is a must)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
3. Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Compliance
Provide accurate legal advice on matters related to property transactions, ownership structures, land acquisition, and zoning regulations according to newest law.
Contract & Documentation Management
Draft, review, and negotiate property-related agreements, including sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), lease agreements, joint ventures, and investment contracts.
Risk Management & Legal Administration
Identify and mitigate legal risks in development, leasing, and sales by providing proactive solutions also organized legal filing system for property records and contracts.
Government & Legal Liaison
Ensure all real estate developments meet legal requirements and liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities for licensing, IMB/PBG (building permits), land certification.
